I want to know one thing ,
wHEN I booked tickets in 12617 Mangla Express in 3A , There were 3 seats available only but now there are 97 seats , Can anyone tell the reason why it is so ? Please ,

Any difference of days of run when you saw 3 or 97 seats? Maybe extra coach has been attached so it may be showing so.
I got no lower seat so now I qwant lower seat can I change my seat or rebook ?
