I want to know one thing ,
wHEN I booked tickets in 12617 Mangla Express in 3A , There were 3 seats available only but now there are 97 seats , Can anyone tell the reason why it is so ? Please ,

It could be after charting.
In that case, you can rebook till 30 mins before departure, but still not sure you'll be allotted your berth of choice.
You can simply request TT on train for a berth of your choice. If Available, he'll easily allot.
