On boarding a reserved compartment if I find my reserved seat occupied by someone and if in spite of requests they refuse to vacate the seat, to whom should I report?

That is called 'TASHAN' in fact if a bonafide passenger complains then there will be change. Only issue is that the passenger may not get all details of such people like travel voucher no, in such cases the TTE name of that coach should be mentioned and how he handled the situation
