Don't know why if the work is not complete they have added 47 lhb coaches in holding of RGD last month .Looks like they are going to use these coaches in RNCC maintained trains which were meant for 15273 and 12521.

Some LHB coaches booked for 12391/92 are currently in use in RNCC based trains such as Patna Kota exp.

This allotment looks of no use with no appropriate infrastructure.There is no management and planning in allotment of lhb coaches in ECR.MCF made brand new sl rake of 12521 given to Banka intercity while 12521 is now running with 2011&15 made pathetic coaches.With non AC production ceasing from next fy 22-23 there are high chances same is going to be fate of 12391 after lhbfication.
