No such limits has been defined by IR. It depends upon the preference of the concerned zone/division.
This capping is so confusing. Once for YPR BBS, it has been capped in RAC itself.
Few days back, VSKP GR was capped @ WL 100 and sometimes it rushes upto 500 plus.

It not Brave, Loss will be only 20 rs but gain will be more if tk gets CNF. Hence they simply book and keep.. This is what happens MAS-CBE sector. No matter whether I go or not. Leave is there are not, They will book for weekends, before 4 months and then cancel it at the last moment.
