I think respective railway zones can take a call depending on the traffic patterns etc so that flexibility should be there. The trains which carry a large number of migrant workers, dont think they will put in more AC coaches
Agnipath has not been taken back. In reward, many have been charged under IPC 307 and UP government is planning for NSA as well
I welcome this step. Let railway do whatever they want. We want that railway should run in profit and in case of emergency, we can get plenty of available seats at the last moment
