but what you are saying is WL23/WL12,isn't it?does that reverse order make no difference?
Where did you get this figure? This should have been the other way round.
this is not possible unless in exceptional case there ia any deduction of coaches. noramlly the right one is the booking status and left is the current status .. but u generally dont move from low wl to high wl
