RCF proposed design of LHB AC LS(GS) with 4+1 modular seating pattern and no partition b/w compartments.Also AC unit cooling capacity increased from conventional 7 tonnes to 10 tonnes at both ends.

Yeah, I guess that's why roof of AC Chair Car of Deccan Queen fell off. Even with bad maintainence that's rarely the case with new coaches.
Plus roof leaking on the day of inaugural LHB run.
