A total of 1 train reverses at JNU (15116) , no point in making another bypass line. If they really wanted to connect Ayodhya directly, they would've only built Gangauli- Zafrabad line.
But proposed JNU JOP chord line will only benefit SLN bound trains, we might see some CPR bound trains to avoid Varanasi.
