I personally think , this train should run via Guntakal, Gooty, Renigunta, tirupathy, Pakala, Katpadi , Salem karur , Dindigul

and the other train balaji exp (via CJ) should run via Guntakal, Dharmavaram, kadiri, pakala, Tirupathy, Renigunta (Dual engine coupled), AJJ (Dual engine decoupled) , CGL, TPJ, DG ....

†hat case both the train runs via Tirupathy and the name Balaji express is fullfiled cause the train via Renigunta once used to go to tirupathy and return back to renigunta !

If it runs in above mentioned route, the purpose is fullfiled also the loco reversal is also avoided for 1 train , the other train will have back and forth engine at RU , so dual reversal = no reversal (cause no reverse coach composition)

This train was going via Krishnaraja Puram (KJM). Now, with the diversion via Madanapalle, Bangalore lost 4 days connection with Mumbai and Madurai/ Nagercoil.
Shorter route is PUNE GTL DMM KJM TPT SA NMKL KRR MDU TEN.
It's sibling via Renigunta can go via PUNE GTL RU TPTY KPD TNM VM TPJ MDU TEN.
No loco reversal anywhere.

If via Madanapalle is diverted via KJM, other sibling going to TVC once a week can also go via SA KPD TPTY RU GTL.
SCR can run a good train from Tirupati or Nellore to Mumbai via RU TPTY PAK Madanapalle DMM GTL. If needed, this can go via BAY GDG SUR route.
SR can run a Trichy Mumbai train via TJ MV VM CGL AJJ BYPASS, RU GTL WADI SUR.
With one train route catering whole of south India creates lot of issues.

This new route has also robbed it's WAP7 link till CSMT, I wonder why no zone has not yet provided Eloco to 16339/40 despite End to end electrification of entire route.
Can run via KJM in slot of 16331, also at SA bottlenecking due to arrival of 11022,17235 and 22652 in KRR - SA line, causes platform unavailability at that time.
