Should a new train be started from Chennai to Mangaluru and vice versa via JTJ, YPR, HAS (shorter route)?

How many trains SR PGT runs inside karnataka? MAQ is used 100 percent for kerala trains. Conveniently, PGT division did not develop any good station and all Trai s are dumped in Mangalore, thereby blocking intra state trains from MAQ.
They don't even allow Netravati and Mangala to MAQ!!. These were MAQ originating trains. Now in RLWL quota!
