I wanted to add 1 more thing to your line "Hope Durg CDO will maintain LHB rake as old ICF rake", that let's hope that maintains it like old Blue ICF rake not as Utkrisht one.

Literally utkrisht theme was the worst theme I ever saw even new ICF coaches looks old & dirty in this colour
