SaurabhDubey^~ 30300 blog postsAndal is having 6 PFs and quadruple line section, why this one cann,t be reversed there itself to save 1 hr itself to be converted to SuperFast.. For Duragpur connectivity what all other means of transports are available there?
Earlier, the only 2 pfs (pf 5/6) at Andal that were connected to Andal-Sainthia branch route were small. It used to accomodate only 13-14 coaches. That's why Vananchal exp, the only train that has a LR at Andal used to run with 14 coaches despite of having good demand. That's why all the Asansol bound trains that comes from Rampurhat goes to Durgapur for LR.
