A new milestone added in the form of 4th Pit Line constructed at Dibrugarh Coaching Depot over Tinsukia division and commissioned on 28.02.2023. With a record time of construction in 15 months, this pit-line is one of its kind constructed in NFR, having all...weather covered shed, for uninterrupted rake examination round the clock. The three-level examination facility in the pit-line (pit level, catwalk level & roof level) will ensure a thorough examination of undergears, upper gears and roof mounted packaged units of the rake.The pit line is also equipped with provision of 750-volt power supply for examination of EOG rakes.
