From Chennai (MAS) at 2:20 pm, it's gonna stop at Salem from 6:03 to 6:05 pm, Erode from 7:02 to 7:05 pm, Tiruppur from 7:43 to 7:45 pm, and finally reach Coimbatore at 8:30 pm. It's gonna take 6 hours and 10 mins.
