The last image shows tracks coming from Transport Nagar in Lucknow. It is currently a freight only track/station but is being developed so that trains can bypass Lucknow NR when coming from Utratia Jn and going towards Moradabad side.

It is not the slowest still. Allahabad-Kanpur Passenger also has an average speed of 32 kph with similar mps for the train. I think Gorakhpur [Bhatni] - Ayodhya passenger is even slower at 29 kph and still gets late.
It is in the reverse direction that this train is truly slow, almost by an hour, I think.
