It's simply because of jhansi's (staff) egoistic mindset same is the case with taj both were originally operated between ndls,nzm and agc then extended to gwalior then extended to jhansi and are there only i sometimes think what could have happened if udz gwl was also extended to jhansi then it wouldn't have extended to kurj
