We are from Srikakulam Andhra Pradesh. Srikakulam city is one of a district head quarters in Andhra Pradesh.. We are suffering that we have no Railway station. Srikakulam city had around 5 Lakhs population. Srikakulam had more educational institutions like Engineering colleges, Medical colleges, Degree Colleges, and other Junior Colleges & Educational Institutions.

Srikakulam is the commercial business point and so many people daily visit for their business.

The passengers, students, business persons are suffering because we have no railway station.

We request you kindly provide a new railway line from DUSI RS ( 10 KM from Srikakulam ) to Srikakulam city and re-connect to Srikakulam road (10 KM from Srikakulam)

The main line from DUSI RS to Srikakulam road will use as goods trains, Cleaning trains, Stopping Trains for repairs etc ( It is 15 KM distance)

In the same way provide a new railway line from Srikakulam to Parvathipuram (Rayagada-Odisa). This line reduce 100 KM (from Berhampur to Rayagada) and need not to go Ponduru, Cheepurupalli, Nellimarla, Vizianagaram, Bobbili etc. There are so many towns got railway facility. like palakonda, veeraghattam etc
