Annarailfan~ 2717 blog postsHey if Gatiman 💙🚆 and Rani Kamlapati VB💙🚆 are doing 160 km/hr b/w Tughlakabad and Agra Cantt segment why not this Shatabdi 🚆💙 and it's return ?? They should do it ??? Any reason for not keeping it at 160 km/hr and keeping only 150 km/hr ...... 😶😶😶😶😶😶

Because RDSO has cleared only 12 coach load with WAP 5 loco to run on 160 kmph, VB are exception because they are self propelled trains and had separate COCR trials.
But Shatabdi has 18 coach load and it cannot go beyond 150 kmph. For 160 a separate COCR trial is required for 18 coach load and it has to get succeed in order to get sanctioned for Bhopal Shatabdi.
