Even flights lower unbooked seats at last moment/ last day but Railway don't.

Indigo mostly yehi karta hai. Mujhe isse thora cheaper flight mila hai last time pe.
You see flights are run by people who have taken economics in mind. Whilst, our railways are run by bureaucrats. Aryabhatta conceived of the concept of zero when seeing an Indian Railway bureaucrat's mind.
