TT wise 12785 should come first, but delay chances are there as it takes lengthy route after YNK to SBC which gives Rajdhani a chance to reach first.
Good number of cases are there where in 12785 has reached first when it runs on time.
2 observations.
1. Many times have seen 22694 made to halt at KCG while 12785 departs.
2. Still 22694 arrives first followed by 12785

22694 runs via YNK-YPR route so even if it trails til YNK it reaches sbc earlier
