So, I was on the Vande Bharat Express (/blog/post/5717423), travelling from Mumbai to Delhi. People ask me why I didn't take the train from Pune to Delhi, but the timings and availability didn't work out. 😂
Dinner was hot but just okay, not too tasty. The catering guys were selling soup for 30 Rupees and good quality ready-to-make tea and Cup Maggi - great for people who don't want the standard catering stuff. Breakfast was decent and came from Gwalior. If you want something extra, just ask the catering guy and he'll disappear. The staff used to be more polite and responsive in the past.
We got delayed at Kalyan Junction and I fell asleep after Jalgaon due to the upper berth and tiredness. I woke up after Agra and the train arrived at Hazrat Nizamuddin Station 10 minutes early.
