SBP/JSG/ROU-HWH Snehashish. It will be a decent success.
See there are not much dedicated trains from HWH to ROU baring Ispat if you can even call it as such.
After TATA, decent options to HWH not available, a VB will do good to fill up this segment.
RNC-PURI VB won't be that much of a hit imo.

Howrah-Rourkella-Jharsuguda VB i think a proposal is there. Lets see what happens
Exactly with opposite timing of ispat.. ie start early morning from ROU and reach aftn HWH and return ROU by night, thus maintenance at ROU, if not JSG Or SBP.
