Better to give CD, MCI, KZJ halts and that will be enough. These stations guarantee good response. Can't say how the response will be from SKZR and RDM.
Can give SEGM halt as well for serving Wardha and Amravati. But CD instead of BPQ can be tried like CR Raj halting at JL instead of BSL.
None of stops will able to provide 30-50 seats individually both sides on all days after initial 3 months. The train has to completely depend on getting 300-400 seats from Nagpur to SC in ACC. Warangal Khammam with good population are able to fill 50-80 seats combined towards RJy/Vskp and having deboarding from Vskp while Vja to Khammam/WL being short distance they are hardly single digit users. Don't know how many are using between KHM/WL to SC in 214 quota provided. Same is the case with Nalgonda
Being two cities with metros, i think running VB is justified. Yes most of the crowd will be from NGP or SC. Maybe KZJ can be around 80 seats.
Maybe they can give halt but i don't think pax from SEGM with prefer a VB. I do agree more connectivity is needed to/from SEGM but normal Intercity will cater. But I can be surprised as well. Most of the crowd in this train will be traveling end to end.
