Coromandal went from 128kmph to 0 in less than 23 seconds
Whereas, 12864 gradually slowed down which shows this train wasn't harmed much.

Yes 43236/Vksp WAG 9 also damaged in the accident. It appears that all 4 lines were occupied at the time of accident.
I don't have any news of incident I am out of signal limit for 3 days and to travel from Chennai tonight and don't have any information about cancelation to me. Do I require to book alternative? I have risked and took bus ticket which doesn't have cancelation.
The mail is almost certainly gonna be cancelled as there is no rake
