How to book battery car for senior citizens at New Delhi railway station?
I am unable to find a contact number for NDLS.
It is available mostly at the main entrances of railway stations and it is a continuous service.
You can find a buggy at the entrance and book it just like an autorickshaw. I would suggest you to call 139 and get the phone no of the operator and confirm the availability.

The best is to visit the rly station enquiry counter and take the mobile number. call on mobile to inform the attendant of the coach number of arrival train. The mobile numbers listed online randomly work or change. Experienced the same at SC. In Vskp the number is written near enquiry counter so fedit and used it the next day for to and fro journies.
