Key Points:

SL EXP To have 1.5x to 2x price hike in comparison to regular trains
RS trains to continue as is.
Important trains to have the old CC Back.
Antyodaya will have strict checking for unreserved passengers.
SL EXP to have atleast 20 SL Coaches.
