More than order. I prefer timing and convenient differences. Janta type trains which caters mostly intermediate caterence can have SL and GEN in almost 50 50% and most convenient prime arrival and dep time in source and destination. Tentative CC be 1HA 2 B 5 SL 12 GEN
Normal SF can be intermediate with limited stops with more sleeper parts with slightly inconvenient timings to cater long distance passengers with edge prime convenient timings.

So the idea of trying to make one train into 3 different types (regular/total sleeper/total general) and running them back to back is complex. One simple solution is, revert back RS and give CC as H1(If needed), A1, A2, B1, B2, B3, PC, S1 - S10. Next introduce One Antyodaya with total general coaches in that route. This would solve the problem. But from then rules must be very strict, no unreserved ticket holders should enter reserved coaches and strict ticket checking in Antyodaya. As of now not all routes are over crowded, certain routes like Kolkata Bengaluru, Kolkata Kerala, Bengaluru Patna, Bengaluru Lucknow, Hyderabad Patna, Mumbai to Bengal, UP, Bihar, NE, South to NE are extremely overcrowded. On these routes my suggestion should be implemented.
I am good with current way however few things needs to be done in future for stopping encroachment of unauthorized passengers in reserved classes.

Minimum 7 SL, 2 GS and Maximum 10 AC coaches (including 3A, 3E, 2A and 1A) per train.
7 SL & 7 3A Or 3E will be fine with fare hike in both of these classes (hike by 5 % in SL & GEN, 8% in 3A and 10% by 1A, 2A coz high earning pax can afford)
It will earn revenue as well
After all nation needs a development too but at a same time railway should think of poor pax who cannot afford to travel in AC class.
