Good one! End to end passengers might prefer overnight trains but we will see it being well used by Mangalore - Goa section passengers too.
Just a thought... if JS is a direct competitor in many segments.. why cant VB replace JS
In some cases, like RNC-PNBE, the Jan Shatabdi goes via a different route[Bokaro Steel City in this case thus serving a different set of passengers altogether]. In others, I assume 2nd Sitting in JS is a lot cheaper than VB. VB would be multiple times expensive for just an hour faster in some situations. Lots of passengers can't shell out that money.
