I feel like the standardization of Rakes and decrease of Sleeper coaches has caused a lot of confusion and issues. Not to mention the cramped up coaches with Unreserved passengers, causing an inconvenience to reserved passengers. As a result, I have a solution up my sleeve that might work, please provide any suggestions as follows.
1) We know that there are two dedicated trains running between MAS and HWH with huge crowds, each 22 coaches.
2) These trains can be split into 3 trains, 2 16 Coaches with all AC coaches with SF

priority and 1 Coach train with all Non AC and Sleeper Coaches with lower priority
First train - Coromandel AC SF Express
CC - EOG 1 HCPV 1 B 12 A 3 H1
Second Train - Chennai Howrah AC SF Mail
CC - EOG 1 HCPV 1 M 7 B 3 A 2 HA1 PC 1
Third Train - Chennai Howrah Express
CC - EOG 1 SLR 1 GEN 4 S 10
3) If this is done on a larger level all over railways, This will require IR to do a huge makeover and follow the foot steps of other countries where lengths of Trains do not exceed 16 Coaches. Everyone here knows that shorter rakes will result in Faster schedules, faster acceleration and less time of travel.

In my opinion full AC trains not needed.
Coromandel and MAS Mail should run with 14 AC coaches, 2 SL, 3 GS, 1 SLR, 1 PC and 1 EOG full 22 LHB rake and one HCP. This train should be fully reserved including the GS and SLR converted to 2S class. Run these with SF priority and 130 MPS. If they want they can increase the SF surcharge too in SL and GS converted to 2S.
Secondly run a dedicated Janata express train with only SL and GS coaches with more halts

also in this case I would suggest fully reserve the train including GS. Run this as M/E and 110 MPS.
SF surcharge in SL and 2S should be around 30 to 40%.
Moreover ensure that no unreserved pax enter the trains strictly.
