the sooner it happens, the better it is. WR should immediately start work on 5th and 6th lines between BVI and VR else they will face similar issue going forward

indeed ! quadruple, sextuple, missing connection link, wye, bypass, similar things sud b first priority for railways as it would be difficult in future (in terms of finances, viability, etc )

as u said, the sooner the better
