Today I've attended the program of laying foundation stone of 508 stations by PM Shri Narendra Modi at SHRN on the invitation of Bhopal Division, WCR.

The redeveloped SHRN station will have following facilities:
• Going to be developed as Urban Center with integration of both sides of the city. Improvement/redevelopment of station buildings. Cover over shed on platforms.
• Provision of well designed modern passenger amenities.
• Well-designed traffic circulation and inter-modal integration.
• Uniform and well designed signage for the guidance of passengers.
• Provision for suitable property development in the master plan.
• Landscaping, local art and culture.

Here are some pics: Pic 1, 2, and 3 are from the event, and Pic 3, 4, and 5 show the redevelopment work at SHRN. They're building two new platforms as part of the Amrit Bharat and RMA-BPL new line project. And then there's Pic 6, 7, 8, and 9, which show the proposed design for the redeveloped station at SHRN.
The new SHRN station is gonna be awesome! It's gonna have all kinds of cool stuff: they're gonna develop it as an Urban Center, integrate both sides of the city, and improve the station buildings. They're even gonna put up some cover over the platforms. Plus, they'll have modern passenger amenities that are all fancy and well-designed. The traffic flow is gonna be top-notch, and they're gonna make sure everything is easy for people to get around. They'll have clear signs to guide everyone, and they're even planning on some property development. They'll also focus on landscaping, local art, and culture. It's gonna be rad!
