I had booked the e-tickets on Tatkal scheme on 30/10/2012. After the preparation of chart, the status was W/L-19,20,21 & 22. Later on when I checked it, my ticket was confirmed by providing extra coach. But there was no information from the railways regarding confirmation. Consequently no passengers traveled on the train.
Later on I also applied for TDR on 31/10/2012, but till date i have not got the refund. Can anybody guide me does such things happen. And where to approach. Although I have loadged...

Whether passenger traveled or not, There is no refund for CNF tatkal PNR. If it was in case of normal booking ,by filing TDR ,one should get 50% of the fare.
