Same thing I saw in Bilaspur Nagpur Vande Bharat Executive Class, just recently.
Pantry Manager was loudly having a conversation with People who clearly didn't had any tickets. Even TTE ignored them.
I had to intervene and ask them to be quiet.

Bhaii..... Is loot kand me sabse jyda samil to TTE hota haiiii.. panty or other staff customer dund ke late haii... Or tte or panty staff mil ke paise bantate hain..ye khel sabko pta haiii..... Ap tte ko bcha kyu rhe ho.... Sabse jyda loot to railway me uske officer or employee hi machate hain
