This is a good decision and I'm quite impressed with SCR to make this decision. Falcon will get more time for maintenance at SC. Now will this compromise maintenance of Simham or will both benefit together is a huge question. Devagiri RSA with Narayanadri means that PM will be shifted to Tirupati and possibly might get extended. This train should have been speeded up in both directions but considering it's running frequently late, better not do it now but in the future. MUGR SC MMR RSA seems good too.
