The RSA has been extended from Devagiri to Charminar. They have also proposed extending Charminar to Kanniyakumari. If that is accepted and the RSA is implemented, it would be great. They should also add at least 3 rakes for Charminar. I think it would be good if they connect Charminar to Devagiri. And leave Narayanadri as it is now.

If Charminar went all the way to Kanyakumari and then hooked up with Devagiri Express, the crew should swap at Nagercoil. In Mumbai, for the Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus they gotta switch the crew, which is like nearly impossible. The Central Railway will not take the extra load for a South Central Railway/Southern Railway train. Kanyakumari to Chennai is 750km, Hyderabad 710km, Devagiri 800km - around 2300km one way. So crew swap should be in Mumbai since it's over 2000km one way, and the round trip is 4600km. This means this crew swap plan ain't gonna work.
