Why this Purushottam stops at Ghaziabad while the other Purushottam does not

For entraining most people prefer New Delhi and other big stations. And for detraining, many people prefer GZB as consider the train is running on time and after reaching GZB it will have to reach on its scheduled time to New Delhi, which is more than what time is required due to slack. People won't waste their time by waiting for the train to reach NDLS. Same is for nearly all Howrah bound trains from Kharagpur, they all stop at SRC for the same reason.
