Nilanchal is already having stoppage at Firozabad so there is no need to give stoppage within 16KM.
Kanpur Shatabdi runs with the Rajdhani Gang so even 12034 still not get Aligarh halt.

do you even know , every stop adds 10-15 mins in the Travel time ? consider CNB shatabdi doin Delhi-CNB in 7 hours ? who will travel in it then ?
Already BPL shatabdi has lost it's patronage.. End to End travel demand has almost vanished.. train runs with 50%-70% occupancy on normal days ... 5/10 passengers ke liye alternate trains demand karni chahiye ..

Ok. But for saving 10-15 minutes, it is not justified to keeping an area away from the opportunity of faster connectivity. Atleast for experiment bases only, but they should also get chance.

BPL shatabdi has been the biggest loser of politcal halt game. The train which use to be the first choice of the passengers on Delhi-BPL route , is now considered as the last option..
We all know , how IR tries to remove dholpur and morena every year , but have not been successful yet. once a halt is provided in IR , no one can take it back in case of premium trains..
then , Why don't these cities demand .. direct air connectivity as well ?

This is not the matter of saving 15 mins for one stop , this is the matter of saving 15 mins each for multiple political stops ...
