Common quota - SC to GDR/OGL - 228 3A
OGL RL quota - OGL to GDR side - 64 3A..

OGL RL quota berths are adding to Common quota for TEL-OGL stretch pax.. so that is why SC to TEL/OGL - 288 3A... TEL/OGL pax are getting additional benefit here not NLR/GDR side
...

My point is to reduce OGL RL quota and add that to Common quota.. so that both OGL and NLR ppl can use it commonly. Below should be good..

OGL RL quota - 10 3A
Common quota - 282 3A
SC to TEL/OGL - 282 + 10 3A (additional benefit for TEL/OGL pax)

Here BerthMultiplexing exists b/w 'SC to TEL/OGL' quota and 'OGL to GDR' quotas.. What you have mentioned on paper is wrong. Do you really understand how it works? Practice before you preach dear

Yeah.. There is no point for me to explain if you hang around something and atleast not trying to understand..
My Final say is that SC to TEL/OGL pax are getting extra benefit with OGL RL berths as they are adding to Sc to Tel/ogl quota... and sc to NLR/GDR pax are losing some berths due to it which is bad..

From SC to GDR side ongl is given quota. First the system fills the quota and then further booking is done in NLR combined quota. So it shows like that..ideally the once the quota is complete it should allot RLWL and not allot In NLR general quota but is done in IR. While from GDR to SC ongl is given remote quota system first fills the quota and then allows RLWL. As the quota is less then demand from Ongl travellers have to book from Nellore paying higher fare if berths are available. As ongl is given Remote location the remaining demand generated is forced to book in Tatkal and Premium Tatkal which is now 30% of total Berths.
...

I will give u particle example. Cocanada exp from KKD to LPI BVRM is given Remote quota of 61 in 3AC. In actual from the data analysis posted in May 9th 144 are booked in 3AC. So once 61 is filled from BVRM it shows WL if tickets available from Tanuku they will book otherwise they have to opt for tatkal booking. That means nearly 80 tickets should booked umder tatkal from BVRM to match the demand supply gap. This RL quota will increase demand for tatkal from intermediate stations and earn more revenue for train

I had booked like that in many times for LTT-VSKP always booking from wadi and changing boarding at SC the price is quite equal to tatkal just 50 to 80 rs difference
