So it shows like that..ideally the once the quota is complete it should allot RLWL and not allot In NLR general quota but is done in IR. While from GDR to SC ongl is given remote quota system first fills the quota and then allows RLWL. As the quota is less then demand from Ongl travellers have to book from Nellore paying higher fare if berths are available. As ongl is given Remote location the remaining demand generated is forced to book in Tatkal and Premium Tatkal which is now 30% of total Berths.

So once 61 is filled from BVRM it shows WL if tickets available from Tanuku they will book otherwise they have to opt for tatkal booking. That means nearly 80 tickets should booked umder tatkal from BVRM to match the demand supply gap.This RL quota will increase demand for tatkal from intermediate stations and earn more revenue for train
