Despite being one of the most important stations on tourist map of India (especially foreigners), this is the status of IRCTC lounge on PF 1 of Agra Cantt. The washrooms are totally dirty. Can't use them. Even bus rest stops on highways are better now. Charges are 56 rs per hour. Sitting area is OK, but washrooms too dirty.

Used 1-2 years back & complained then too, still no change. Complained to the RMA Associates incharge there, he seemed to be just not interested. It actually needs deep cleaning. Full of stains in all corners. Other lounges like Delhi, Jaipur, Madurai, Howrah, Ahmedabad are maintained much much better.
