So, a 16-coach Vande Bharat alone is not enough to meet the demand. The combined occupancy in ACC is 1330 with a waiting list of 100+ against 1000 available seats. 4. How long will the tourist season be in Goa? Maybe from November to February for 4 months, as it gets hot and humid in the western coast from March to May. 5. Based on the above analysis, it would be better to replace the 8-coach with a 16-coach Vande Bharat throughout the year and withdraw Tejas. An 8-coach train should be run from November to February for 4 months to cater to the tourist season.
