Yes. Ratnagiri Mumbai Ratnagiri ICE is need of hour.
Tejas should be made to run in reverse, returning Goa by late evening.
VB can stay 8 coacher but should source another rake and made daily.
Another overnight express between Mumbai and Mangalore would be awesome and should halt at most stations between KKW and MAJN.

Ratnagiri Mumbai Intercity is definitely needed. CSMT will be a better terminal for an intercity type train rather than LTT
KR can introduce an intercity in the RN-Diva Pass Slot but with a faster TT covering the distance in 6.5 hrs. Train should have 3 CC coaches along with 2S and Gen coaches.

Timings are good and this is best set of timings that can be given to Day intercity. The problem is with days of operation. Tourists try to reach by Friday afternoon or Saturday morning by 900 to return on SUN. This timings Saturday is wasted in journey and to return by SUN there is no time for stay except night life party for a day. Looking at the trend of bookings from Mumbai of both VB and Tejas they are getting max occupancy on Friday SAT. So this Tejas should run on Wed and Friday from Pune and return on Thursday and Sunday. They need to station the train in Madgaon for a day and cannot cite pety reasons. They should run trains premium as per traveller requirement. I have observed that both VB has good occupancy due to 8 coach and Tejas having half occupancy from Monday...
