1. Old Delhi -- We have to run like crazy to catch 12413 & boarded the train in running state. I got injured while boarding. Many passengers missed that train.

I will tell you the station where passengers miss train the most. Lucknow. My relatives have missed it, only couple of days back, someone was roaming at the wrong terminal asking for a train that would never come.
Lucknow has two stations next to each other, in separate buildings. Lucknow NR, locally called Charbagh or 'Badi Line' comes under Northern Railways.
