So here are requirement of Minimum number of MLAs for each party for securing the number of seats in Rajya Sabha

For 2 Seats, 31 MLAs
For 3 Seats, 46 MLAs
For 5 Seats, 62 MLAs

These numbers can be changed if tenure of any seat will be changed due to death or resignation of any Rajya Sabha MP .

So we can see that Minimum 31 seats will be required for each party for getting an emotional satisfaction and benefit in Rajya Sabha
