For 9 Seats, 153 MLAs
For 10 Seats, 164 MLAs
These numbers can be changed if tenure of any seat will be changed due to death or resignation of any Rajya Sabha MP .
So we can see that Minimum 41 seats will be required for each party for getting an emotional satisfaction and benefit in Rajya Sabha
