IIRC, the soil in the region along which the current rail alignment is laid is not fit for 160 kmph [ I doubt it can take even 130]. The fastest train is the Shatabdi in this sector, even which takes 1+ hour making the average speed less than 70 kph for any train, no matter of which class it is.
