He also complained about harassment and mistreatment of employees during the annual Performance Appraisal Meeting (PAM), particularly in the Bandomunda Railway Hospital. Dr. Mishra ne Hak ko assurance diya ki woh Chakradharpur Division Hospital mein doctors ki kami ko door karne ke liye kaam karenge aur division ke medical centers mein contract doctors ki recruitment ki process shuru karenge.
