We need to give different stops to the Vande Bharat trains that run between the same places on the same route. This will help compensate equally deserving places. From the perspective of passenger footfall and revenue, UMB, LDH, and JRC are necessary stops for all the trains on the route. However, other places on the route end up losing out. Once the USBRL is fully functional, Udhampur will also lose stops of other premium trains that are introduced or extended on the same route. We need a policy to rationalize the stops on these trains.
