Well, I assume it could give some passengers otherwise it would just have two scheduled stoppages in form of BSB and MGS. VB are not long distance trains that can skip intermediate stations very easily, even if you look at the state of many VBs, they stop at quite some small stations. Heck, the RNC - HWH VB stops at Kotshila which hardly gives singular nos of passengers.
